Susan is an ecommerce and digital multichannel professional with over 20 years of experience across multiple customer-centric industries.
Over the course of her career, she has worked in the UK and the Middle East holding responsibility for the e-commerce and digital strategy in client-side roles across the fashion, luxury, leisure & entertainment and F&B sectors, while managing and mentoring teams to deliver growth. During her agency years, Susan delivered strategic consultancy and design and development projects from requirements gathering to go-live across the finance, automotive and FMCG sectors.
Innovative multichannel retailing and on-site performance remain her passions, using intuitive design, new technology, user experience and behavioural and data analysis to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value. Automation and ecommerce marketing experience includes ownership of budgets working with in-house teams and agencies on planning, measuring and running acquisition and retention always-on activity and campaigns across digital channels.
With a “hands-on” approach, Susan is proud to be an ecommerce generalist, proficient in product mix, merchandising and content, as well as end-to-end ecommerce operations – from product photography to shipping and returns.
