A transformative, detail oriented and luxury retail executive with 17 years of global experience in retail operations in London, Paris, Scandinavia and recently the UAE. Ksenia drove several retail and store transformations through digital, omni-channel offerings and customer experience.

Ksenia is the former global head of retail development for Alexander McQueen worldwide where she transformed the wholesale business into a highly profitable highly successful retail operation. Ksenia led the brand’s new market expansion into the Middle East and Asia and successfully tripled the number of stores in three years taking them to 150 stores worldwide. In her capacity Ksenia drove operations and retail excellence and launched new transformative client experience such as clienteling, phygital and omnichannel experiences as well as cutting edge customer experience and care.

Prior to her role at Alexander McQueen Ksenia worked for Louis Vuitton and was responsible for their retail stores and customer performances as well as coaching and training front liners and customer facing teams.

Ksenia began her career as a business analyst for L’Oreal Luxe where she developed her passion for data and analytics.

Ksenia is a proud working mom and is passionate about luxury, fashion and beauty. She is an avid piano player and spends her spare time traveling with her son, trying new cuisines, and doing yoga.
