Carl has worked in global senior roles at many high-profile companies including Danone, AOL and Bel, where he oversaw strategic development, and expansion plans, managed operations, and nurtured dynamic, high-performing and award-winning teams.
Carl is a firm believer that servant leadership drives engagement and ownership and thus facilitates culture integration programmes through appreciative inquiry and fair process to hone capability for inclusion and build its differentiating edge thanks to diversity.
In order to keep abreast with the ongoing evolution in leadership models and organizational behaviors, Carl pursued a degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas as well as an Executive Master in Change Management from INSEAD-Singapore
Carl is passionate about people and behavior, he goes by the following principles when it comes to leadership development: truth sets us free, diversity is wealth and real efficiency is shifting from individual heroes to collective power.
Carl is a father of three. He loves hiking, dogs, and the outdoors and spends his spare time traveling and exercising.
Carl holds a two bachelor degrees from the American University in Beirut, one in Biology and one in Business Administration.
He also holds an MBA from ESCP and an Executive Coaching and Organizational Behavior from the University of Texas as well as an Executive Master in Change Management from INSEAD.
